Step #1: Part into 4 sections

Step #2: Part the bottom section in half to create two horizontal rows

Step #3: Part the first row into 3 even boxes

Step #4: Part the second row into 4 even boxes

Step #5: Part the upper sections into 5 horizontal rows and continue to follow the brick-layered pattern for the boxes
